Hi... I'm a new guy in thes modding flash files thing...

I have found a problem in a flash file i tunned up...

I started to upgrade my 8210 to 8250 then, i got version flashfile 6.04 portugues posted in the forum by pinto and tunned to have 7 bars net and battery. After that i patched it with nfader. So far so goog... i flashed it and all is ok..!

So i went a little further and tryed to patch g3nolite rhytmic led's in the previous flash file... A few days after flashing, i found out that if i locked the keyboard and toutched any key the lights will turn on and won't turn off! :-? How can i pacth it without having this bug? With this small bug, the phone consumes more power and so the battery power will end a lot earlier.. .

I'm addind the flashfile without rhytmic led's so you can try it out... Please if you are able to solve it, post the patched flashfile, i would really love to have rhytmic led's in my mobile phone.

Thanks

Well i did it... patched with fading led's and rhytmic led's.... Almost all seem ok,.... Just fading led's are not fading!

I'm giving it a go, aplying the patch one by one...

@boemio
this may solved ur problem :
patched first the rhythmic leds..

the last thing you should do is to patch the fading backlights with the G3nolite 2. 100% problem solved!!!!!!! good luck

i don't think it matters which you will patch 1st. the only thing you should check is the model selection. g3n0lite doesn't get confused.

you have to select netgraph, slideshow, fade together with the rhythmic leds patch and saferam 00100014 to make it work. seems that g3n0lite 2.0 doesn't work quite well with nfader patched flashes.

you're wrong here. mine works perfectly this way. the 1st thing i patched was the fading leds with nfader and all the others are patched in a "random" order...

netgraph is not required

I am having the same problem with my 8210! When patching it with rythmic leds it causes an error in the voice dialing (can not enter a voice name anymore) and the leds dont turn of anymore (when key pressed in keypad lock mode).

nokia8210lover: Same problem here.... I have already made a working patced flashfile... but made some changes and now i'm trying to figure out how to make it work...

If i am able to put it working again, i will post how i did it! Do the same if you make it first

Nokia8210lover: Made it! Just do as Set says in her previous post!

SET: Thanks a lot for your info...! Could you give a look to my other post asking for help in creating menus? I'm almost going crazy... Thanks!
