I have Nokia 3650, Rogers AT&T, in Canada (Province: Ontario, City: Toronto)

I just a question before unlocking the phone, the question is, how do you check if the phone is already unlocked?

If phone was unlocked it will work with all operators SIM cards. If phone is locked it works only with one operator.
