Is there any program that makes a beeping sound every minute or specified time while you are talking so that you can keep track of time ??

Older phones use to do that, I think. But I guess an app will do for a Symbian phone ...

You can try a program call timetool (from the usual place where you find this stuff)

i rem having tis function in a ericsson fone i had last time.

try installing dictaphone, and record the fone conversation, it beeps every 1 min or so, but the other party can hear it. or use the solution suggested above.
