"PRIVILEGED INSTRUCTION" when running div3.1

I'm getting this message when running div3.1. the readme says I need userport. what is userport and where can I get it? the app does come up after the message tho.

don't you have ntportio.sys (or something, don't know if that is the EXACT file name) in same dir.. because then it should work fine.. try download it again in my post because that one has it.. else just use google and search for userport.. you can find it everywhere...

you need to put the userport.sys file into your system32 folder i think, and then run userport.exe and click on start

once u unzip asks for password

to download and install USERPORT, click the link .
if you do not want to go throught all this just start div8.4(leave it open) then start div3.1, it will work with no problems
