Nokia 7650 an PC suite

Has anyone had the problem and hopefully the answer to this.

Had PC Suite working fine then for some reason lost the Com Ports in the connection icon.

Reinstalled bluetooth adapter ( Trust BT120) still no com ports listed hence pc suite will not connect.

Downloaded latest drivers and latest version of pc suite still nothing.

Please help if you can

Uninstall PC Suite, get the cleaner registry from the Nokia site, clean it out. If the BT Adapter still works fine, leave it. Then reinstall PC Suite.

7650 PC Suite is quite unstable, I am yet to find a reliable way of disconnecting and reconnecting my 7650. I either leave it connected and eats battery like mad or disconnect it and it will not go again.

You might want to re-launch "PCSuiteForNokia7650 TS", from the startup. It re-initiates detection. Also, un-checking, rebooting and re-checking the com port sometimes fixes it.

I usually back up by sending files through BT using a file explorer.
