Wafer card is No Good??

Hi, just want to know whether the wafer Gold/Silver cards are already out dated?

Accounding to www.sim-max.com, the wafer cards are no longer the standard SIM cards used in the market. Is that true?

What is the best card (pre-programmed, easy to use, low cost) in the market? :-?
