I noticed the other night there is an option in my phone, (I would find the option, but it appears I have left my phone at home!) in the message settings which suggested to me that you can change either the number or text the message comes from. This is on a 3510i.

Does anyone know more about this?

This is the software you are after.

http://www.simeda.com/smsxtender.html

But its NOT free.

and it can't be cracked as the credits for sending messages are stored on the server.

But its well worth it if you want to mess around with people.
