Call ended message in samsung E700?

Unlocked my samsung with the code nelnose :) posted

BUT....... :-o

Now when I try to call I get a message saying call ended.

Before, I used to get a message saying call forwarding then "call ended"
but now its just "call ended"

I checked "Network services" in which there is "call barring" but that says

"All outgoing
Voice Calls
Inactive"

Any help would be much appreciated

i think IMEI is damaged, check this with code *#06#, the IMEI should be 15 numbers, and no letters, when i last had this problem my IMEI was a35978dt6543h0d, so i repaired it with cable and software, this sorted the problem,


this call ended this only happens with 02 i think
