that's strange, it sould not happen at all. you have a faulty phone. you need to update the software on it. i had a similar problem with my 6610. it would just turn off by itself. very annoying. i sent it to nokia by mail, and a week later it came back with new software, and everything was fixed.
find a nokia center in your country, or somewhere close, and send it for a software upgrade.

Is there any solution that I can do it by myself as the phone is bought and its not under guarantee as I bought it from Tanzania. Please help. Cheers,

get a dongle box for flashing, and the correct file, and flash it. It'll be expensive, but, if you a working phone...
The other one is trying to find a private repair shop.

To flash a phone, you need some stuff:
The software
The box to comm the phone with the computer
The cable to your phone
The flash files to be loaded.
When you buy a package, like the twister, the prodigy, or anything like those, you get the files, the soft, and perhaps the cable (not sure about that).
A box is conditio sine qua non to flash the phone. You just can't do it without it.
You have two choices: or you buy a box, or, see in the upgrade/modding/flashing forum, the construction of a prodigy clone. Then, you'll need to search for the flash on the net, and the cable.
Any of these options is adequate, although one pretty more expensive than the other...
No soft and cable will flash the phone, sadly. You need a box.
Best regards
