hi, i orignally recived this 8310 and it wouldn't switch on so i flashed it. after flashing, the screen looks like the picture below! :-?

text all distorted and BACKWORDS!!!!!!!!!
i though i might have incorrectly flashed so i did again with another flash version...same prob! :-?
might it just be that screen needs replacing? (though hard for me to beleve this could be caused by faulty screen!!!)
please help me
