sum1 plz help

i unlocked my nokia 6100 using online calculator in seconds but when i went to call out with new sim in it gave a tone like this du de dee, it was like this for a day or so then on a couple of mornings afterwards it worked for about 2 hours, then it screwed up again.

can sum1 explain wat the problem is and give me sum advice plz
