3108 no buzz sound

I has a 3108 water damage sets. have done up the power also flashed in new software. but still no ringing sound ? have change new buzz but still the same ......can anyone tell me what went wrong. thank

get ur Ic board checked for speakers connection and see if it shorts ?

the buzz sound activate to massage alert tone and to the list of your phone tones.the buzzer must register a 20 to 50 ohms when good using ohmeter.buzz wont work when- it voltages both the supply voltage and the supply that comes from the ic controlling the buzzer are open.check its continuity with multimeter if its open jump a wire on it.Iam not familiar with 31xx,i guess you have now an idea,on 3310 model the terminal pin of ic that control the buzz is on pin 6 and pin 1 for the supply.for your speaker ringing problem as clever act,tap the supply node voltage of speaker extention terminal and redirect it to the speaker node again use a jumpering wire-the voice of the speaker and speaker extention terminal is the same.got it...this is option is use to free you from removing the defective audio ic.note if in case the continuity is ok since your phone is watered damaged reheat the ic that control the the buzz it might need a warmup to work otherwise change your ic with new one.
