hello i put in a full eeprom reset number to make it any network the number i was given is *2767*3855# its was 4 a e700 but now the phone dont work when u turn it on it comes on and then goes off after about 5 secs.... can u please help what is a eeprom can the phone be fix... some 1 told me to flash it becoz the number i put in has wiped all the data and now i have to put new data on it....help me please

sounds like you forgot to take out the sim before you entered the code.
i done the same with an a800 and it killed my phone. it had to go back to samsung to get new software put in it. if its still under warranty send it back but don't say you messed with it and they might put it down to a software fault.

this phone is not dead, try *2767*2878# and then after that try this code #*7337#, you may have to try the codes a few times

But hiss phomne wont stay turned on long enough to type those! (Agreed the #*7337# would be the code to unlock it thopugh!)

if you plug the charger in before switching it on then it will stay on long enought to put these codes in, :D

I'm not gonna gain anything by bulls****ing to you, i have repaired this problem before,
