Problem with Helix...

Hello everyone! I installed Helix player the other day and so converted some movies to .rm format. I sent a vid to my phone and it worked great! Now, though, for some reason when playing a vid, it stutters and the sound goes, apart from a clicking sound. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

P.S I've unintalled, reinstalled the program and formated phone and MMC!
