radio on 5100

my girlfriend told me that when she uses the radio on her 5100 she cannot turn the volume up or down. this happens when she has the headset on the phone, not when she uses the loudspeaker. i tried it, and yes, we cannot turn the volume up or down when using the headset.

any of you having te same problem?
