how to convert 3590 to 3510

Do You know a differens between 3510 and 3590?
I think it depeands on for what country this phone was made.

the one that i got is not gsm it`s made in canada but i`ve heard b4 that we can convert the 3390 to 3310 and it worked and i heard that the 3590 can be a 3510 in a hardware changing i just need the schematic thnx for replying
