wat kind of way to flash the DCT-4 phones?

Excuse me everbody, can somebody let me know the way to flash the DCT-4 phones?
1. Do i need a dongle and flash cable to flash the phone or
2. Something like Dejan style, just a flasher cable?
3. Do i need EEPROM TOOLS to update after the flashing process?

now the DCT-4 flasher is very cheap, you can buy it at everywhere in malaysia, specially at KL or PG.:p
but you must make sure buy the right soft and have good support :-D :-D :-D
