nokia 3650 dont start....

please sorry but I dont know if it is the correct forum, but I am deseperatly, I recently install a program called "eti camcorder" for a nokia 3650, but when installed showme a warning that my memory its low, but I dont know whats happen, but my phone its freezze, so I turn it of and when I turn on again, just only show "NOKIA" 3 TIMES AND DISSAPEAR AND THEN SHUT DOWN.
and if I turn on again ... its the same.
please if somebody helpme to this problem and get started my nokia again its very apreciated.

did you think its a virus? or just low memory to start?
can any body tellme how to start this phone again , no matter if I need to start with the original configurations and lost all my information its ok.

Try safe mode: hold down the pencil button while starting the phone. Or you can try starting your phone without the memory card. If that doesn't help I think you have to get it flashed with a new firmware.
