How do I send a MIDI I have on my computer to my 3560? Possibly through SMS?

Bah, it's actually a WAV...but I could find something to convert it with I'm sure... But I was looking for a more...free way. I don't have any of the stuff required for bluetooth, or an MMC card reader...Cuz I only need one song...and at the price of all that other stuff mine as well just buy a tone...looking for a free way to do this
