flasher cable schematic

could anyone provide a working flasher cable schematic for dct4 7250 as i have the cheap flasher cables and suspect theyre not configured correctly
as i constantly get error stating tx pins remain unchanged,regardless of which program i use, these cheap flasher cables which were provided by a friend have 9 pin into lpt port with power through usb

i have already downloaded the fia files from the suggested site and loaded them into the flash program but i constantly get tx pins remain unchanged
so thats why i am presuming the cable isnt configured correctly
