How to determine MCC / MNC codes

Is it possible to determine MCC MNC codes if you don't know them.

Have 2 phones of which I don't know the original network.

on Gsmhelp.info there is a mod there called Dr Unlock or dr mobile who can calc unlock codes with out network code, but only for dct4

Nokia stores which phones are given to an operator. If you are a partner you can access to that DB.
