Daughter's 3595 (t-mobile USA) AOL IM quit working. Going to IM menu says "running in background" and then gives error when I leave. I saw this same thing posted on another forum and multiple replies that others said they had the same problem but no solutions posted. Anyone here seen this? I tried the phone reset (forget which menu) - it cleared out her profiles but didn't change the IM problem. It seems to be in a mode like it is trying to connect but I can't get it out of that mode. TIA
