Any ideas with this T610 please?!

Was bluetoothing a gif to my mates phone which then froze it (maybe coincidence?) anyway took out her battery and wouldnt switch on or charge. I said i would try reflashing it it takes the AVR & ARM files fine (but still doesnt turn on) but will not accept a gdfs file i keep getting error 4019 with DIV LPT 3.1 and error 4017 on DIV8.4

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas for me to try?

I think in this case it is smartest to bring back your phone to dealer..
I have seen the errors before.. but no solution..
