SIM MASTER is a simcard reader/writer device.
You can get one at uCables.com

You can't get any of the codes with a card reader. They are only used internally by the SIM and are not accessible from the outside. Maybe if you could read all the program and data memory of the card.. but normally they are also protected this way.

Sure about that? If it's true there is no use having a PIN anymore...

Having done some extensive trawling, it would certainly appear that the software to fully decrypt the SIM isn't available on the 'Net.

ie. There doesn't appear to be anything to decrypt PINs / PUKs even when you have full access to the SIM (which seems unusual based on the protocol knowledge that's out there.).

If the algorith has been fully hacked / documented then finding these should be easy.

If the SIM is blocked, then you're completely out of luck!!! You won't even be able to brute-force it using some neat electrical tricks
