Nokia 7210

I downloaded polyphonic ringtones to my nokia 7210 using Oxygen phone manager. but after that I can not open tones through menu - settings -tone settings and profiles. the phone goes blank then on to normal standby. I have tried to reset to factory settings but still it can not work. help me guys.

Do you use the Nokia PC Suite 5 for 7210? is free at www.nokia.com and you can put images, ringstone, back up settings and profiles, and you can do that with Infrared port or using the DKU-5 cable.
I hope you don't try to put the ringtone like flashing the phone
