8310 not ringing or vibrating help needed

my 8310 has for some time not been ringing or vibrating only the lights come on making it hard to know when some one is calling..

is thier somthing i can do to fix one or both problems this would help me please..

just reflash your phone to the latest firmware with dct4 flasher or take to service center to upgrade your phone firmware
