when i was working at a nokia service centre we would use a nokia service centre only website which would allow us to check imei warranty dates and various other things. this was password protected. i know there was a default password and user name. do any ex nokia service centre engineers know this?

There isn't an awful lot there anymore. www.clubnokia.co.uk is the address if you know the pass

There was five defaults, one for each level. But now that the five levels have been cut to 3 i think they may have changed it. No idea how it works now:( :confused:

the website in question is a global website that allows authorised service centres to download latest software and tech bullitens as well as access to other nokia services. from past experience (have had access in past) the password to get in
is not complicated and usually made up of the service centre code
and the the name of the authorised person at the centre.

forum.nokia.com can be accessed by anyone, just need to sign up

there is no service point stuff in there, just patches for Data suite and advanced information on Symbios and phone data from nokia and 3rd parties.

then you have access to all nokia software etc. ihave tried my old password no good. genarally though passwords are in the form of

login:

_ _ (country)_ _ _ (centre id)_ _ _ _(first 4 letters of surname of supervisor/manager)

password:

_ _ (country)_ _ _ (centre id)_ _ _ _(first 4 letters of surname of supervisor/manager)_ _ _ (first 3 letters of first name of supervisor/manager)

eg

GB123smit & gb123smitjoh

Great Britian - service centre 123 - supervisor John Smith.

the clubnokia.co.uk password system is different for that

but thanks for posting the APAC schem... maybe someone can brute force it...? i ran 3 - 10 alphanumeric chars on it though me and a mate for 5 days and came up nothing...
