weird problem on a Siemens S40

Guys,
I´m having a weird problem with a s40. The thing is that the phone apears as unlocked since i put foreigns sims (4 or 5) and works fine.... but when i put a local SIM card, the phone wont start, it freezes at the siemens startup logo and then after a long wait ask for a pin code which is not the SIM pin.

Any idea?

What should I do? flash it with Freia? which cable do I need in order to use freia programm ?

U need chineese cable...check here: www.ucables.com
Then first try to unlock phone and if doesnt help try flash..

why should I try to unlock it , if it´s unlocked already?
the thing is that i can´t use a specific SIM
and I don´t think it´s blocked to this sim, really don´t.

You suggest then flashing it? with Freia?
