were do i get the flasher software and the flash file including which cable do i use for this .

i got a t100 original cable but wid out the data/d/l switch box can i still use this cable for the method above

i recently got a e700 (i know its old) and i tried to flash it so i cud use bigger ringtones stupid now i wish i hadnt but i killed my phone!!!
im not sure what happened but my phon wont power up i have the usb cable etc but because it wont power up downloader 3.3 wont re flash it for me
