Nokia 3330 Snake2 not working

Can anyone help? My 3330 Snake 2 has stopped working. When you select NEW GAME it does not start, the lights go out and the screen goes blank. The only way to recover to the menu is to press cancel. Is the phone broken or is there a bug in the software? If the software is buggy where can I get a fresh copy to load up?

You posted in the wrong section... 3330 is DCT3
It is probably a software problem and you need a flasher cable to flash new software on to it.
