What exactly do you mean? You should take your phone to the nearest Nokia Care Centre...

U dun send warr to anywhere, u bring the warr card wif u to nokia to fix ur fone.

do u haf the warr card? if u bought it off 2nd hand, and no warr card, then ur fone has no warr.

Which means that you have to pay to get your phone fixed, rather than recieving free service.

i bought my ngage second hand, ive got the warranty card, but it iant filled in i.e no stamp, am i still covered under the warranty?

surely the n-gage hasnt been out for 12months yet so ever n-gage on planet should be under warrenty without question, unless physics damage, the 3650 i think is different its now 14months old

Well... yeah. There is a long assed list of things at the back on the manual for the N-Gage... saying what Nokia covers you for, and what they don't.
