samsung s300 power problem

can anyone help with a solution to this problem..
the phone will not power up ,even with a new fully charged battery..
there are no signs of water damage,and when the charger is plugged in
there is no signs of charging.....yet i know that there is power going to the phone..??????? is there an internal fuse on these things ????????

yah, I'm having the same problem. hopefully someone can help us...

my charger has a green light yet, it won't turn on.
