Automatic Unlock code generator page don't work

I try to get one code for a nokia 3510 but the page don't work, it shows this:

I had changed my IMEI for wildcasts.

if you look at the rules there is a requirement for a minimum of 10 posts for free codes using the online generator...

you only have 1 post so that may have something to do with it ??
