6310i wont work

Hi!
I just got a 6310i, which lcd has broken. I thought it must be only change and the problem is solved. But the phone wont turn on. (the leds wont turn on)

I dissasembled the phone, but not found any other HW broke/dust or other problem, (exept the lcd)

I removed the lcd (thought might be cause this problem), but the phone still wont power on.

I used a fully charged Li-ion battery. (6310i only accept Li-polymer battery, or that is not nessesary to use li-polymer?)

Any advise what should i do?
