From .fls file to .mcu .ppm files

I have a Prodigy box.
I want to flash a 3310 with a modded firmware that has a .fls format.

I found a software that can join a .mcu to a .ppm file giving a .fls flash file.

Is is possible the opposite with another program? Or is there another way to flash a .fls file with the original Prodigy?
