My friend have a 6600 which has the problem

IMEI=??????????????..
Now we don't know how to fix this??what type of

cables/softwares is needed??
if anyone have a tutorials on how to reflash and fix

Symbian phones plz tell me...

If all you needing is the IMEI just enter *#06# and a new screen should appear with
Serial no.

Thedogcows right, you will need a tool like griffin to do the job. First you need to see if your going to need to replace the UEM first, use griffin to make a ask and it should tell you the imei of the UEM. If it is still there then you just to send in the ask file and get a rpl file for the flash imei info also know as a partial rpl. If the uem imei is damaged or non exsistant you will have to change the UEM and get a FULL RPL.

U need new chip - UEM - then U have to change him in Your phone...
then You need some good BOX - great box is tornado or twister :)
