Is it normal, the 6210 cable (MBUS) is'nt supost to work on a 6310???

No, is not normal. Even Nokia themselves have rebranded their official 7110/6210 cable as 7110/6210/6310 cable now. It should work fine. If not, your cable may be faulty.
