hi, i just want to share something for all you guys... i recently downloaded agile msgr. for 6600 and it works great!! (plus its free! i think :-P ) but the great news is i have discovered that you can use it to connect to yahoo, msn etc... msgrs! so if you have unlimited gprs, you and your friends have a yahoo account (or whatever) you can chat with ur friends using the agile msgr on you mobile.... its like using sms without paying! hehehe :-P

wap is a protocol, a program if you will and it is connected through gprs, like the isp server... well in some countries gprs is expensive and is rated by the kb downloaded or time consumed, but some has unlimited ( i read it in a thread once) so if you have unlimited gpes like mine LOL :D you can use it with out concern with the cost.
if your not sure about you connection, i must advice you to check with you operator... i dont want to be responsible for your large billing.

and regarding the agile known for ages.... im just sharing coz i tried it before but it didnt work properly... and i downloaded the latest for 6600 and its working great

What network are you with to have unlimited free gprs? are you with o2 uk? because o2 uk dont work with agile as it can only access through port 9201. which agile version are you running?

well i im the philippines, and with globe telecom... so for you all pinoys with globe networks... take advantage of this.... and the best thing is im using a pre paid service... lets hear it for free stuffs!!!! :D

ok m8 hehe i now live in cyprus heh and only in the begining of this year they introduced GPRS and MMS :rolleyes: it was for free for couple of months and now we have to pay a lot for it (Cyprus, as one of the EU member countries is well economicaly developed country) my own home country is Ukraine (which by the way won in EUROVISION yesterday :D ) had MMS for several years but never had it free :rolleyes:

and btw no point of arguing which country has or which doesn't have free gprs, free gprs doesn't show how gud or how bad the country is. His company provides him wif free gprs but another company in philipines may not. . . it all depends on company's politics
