Can n e 1 please tell me what this song is?

Being a musician I have a reasonable ear & can say that although I am not particularly familiar with the band it sounds like the style of the 'Propeller Heads". I think they are an English band & they had some commercial success with a tune they did with Shirley Bassey on vocals some time ago.

As I said not what you wanted but might point you in the direction your after...

Maybe you could ring the TV station & quiz them about it.
