u mean alcatel 310?
this version can not be done with free software. has cripted ram as alcatel 501 ver124.
u need to buy software or wait...:D

best soft for repairing Alcatel is Bekos Brothers soft. made by my frend cosmin from Cluj.and is cheap also, probably the ceapest on the market.

if u need more information mail me. i'll try uploading the lite version - only the flasher, without unlocking and repairing, as the full version has.

is the best in erasing tech zone in bf phones, makes automatic backup of the eeprom, read's writed language etc...and of course has unlocking for the new versions of alcatel 310,311,511,512

Hmm...

I used that Bekos Software and an older version of it only read my 511 to 40%, I downloaded a newer version and it only read my 511 to 11%... Any idea as to what the problem may be?

the battery, always the battery - use FULL FULL charged battery and the program will work.

and i believe that u use the free lite version. the lite versions stops at 1.2

the full version was developed and still is far beyound ver. 1.02.....

Hmm...

I will try charging the battery, but I am pretty sure it was fully charged before hand... I will follow these steps and then post the outcome.
