hi all,

I got a small device that have a serial port inside. I would like to make a cable to connect the board to a nokia 3310(that is smaller), and use it to send and receive SMS only. Do it have any reference circuit and pin out of the 3310 phone ?

I am not sure the usage of mbus and fmbus. If i need to send & receive SMS only. Is that I need to connect the fmbus only? Correct me if I am wrong , and thanks you for any advise.

The schematics are here: http://nokiafree.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=5110
Fbus is faster than Mbus and its used to change logos , read phonebook , messages, etc.

Please search the board before asking !
Have a nice day. :)

I'm new in these things but I think the cable to change logos, pictures, tones its the Mbus or a dual Fbus/Mbus not the Fbus.

Because I have this as true, if I am wrong please tell me just to update my knowlege.

:-?

Thankx
