Nokia 5210 hang please help

I have nokia 5210 and it hang every time i turn it on and make restart or still hang untill i put away the battery and turn it on again one time when i turn it on its not respond and i tryed many time it made vibration i opened the battery quickly and after that it took many time to turn it on again now it is still hang.

i mad to it flash software before and this didnt solve this problem.

please informe me what i make?
