newbie wants to flash 8210 to 8250

hi. i want to flash my 8210 into a 8250 ecause my phone is giving me problems like constantly switching off and stuff and i dont really wanna buy another phone.
i'm a newbie to this whole flashing thing and i need someone to give me advice on how to flash it.
can someone help me pls?

thanks. this info is great. i have all the tools but i don't have any flash files for the 8250.
(i did try searching for it on here)
can anone send me a 8250 flash file. doesn't really matter which version but a newer one preferred. thanks
