e700 big problem

:-? can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong,everytime i try to download a tone or image to my e700 it keeps telling me not supported file. better still i have to upload it cause it won't let me download it..it's starting to do my head in.i'm using the file manager please help thanks markundefined

The reason you are getting this is that you are trying to upload to the wrong area. On the file manager, make sure you are uploading to "My Sounds" or "My images"
