Problem with my carkit and my 6310

I had bought a car kit "CARK91" for my 6110 and all working fine until I change the 6110 for a 6310, now my 6310 don't start and don't sleep with my start kee and no light, but a little car is drawn on the screen of the 6310 and hand free and communication working very well...
Someone have a solution, do I make an upgrade for my phone, actually 4.10 or do I make a hardware modification to my car kit.
