Loading Music Files onto Nokia 6230

how do I go about doing this? Also, What about Movie clips?

download PC suite from the nokia web site and use the music transfer app. You can do it via infra red, bluetooth or cable. A better way is to get a MMC reader and transfer the files onto that. 1000x quicker then IR and bluetooth, and no nned to go thru PC suite
