Newbie - Nokia 6600 question

Hello all ..

Sorry if this was asked before,

I've just got my Nokia 6600. I'm wondering:
1. Where can I get free applications, tones, themes on the web?
2. Even better, how easy it's to write applications (Java, or Symbian) for it? I have some experience in C and Java (Using MS Visual Studio and NetBeans). What's the simplest IDE (or dev app) that can be used for this?
