Nokia 6600 network monitor Enabling

Is there any way to enable, activate, or download Network Monitor software on nokia 6600
please help :sad:

What do you mean by network software dude?

There is a simple one pre-installed on the ROM, go to:
Menu > Connectivity > Connection Manager (by Default)
That'll give you upload/downlaod speeds and amount of data transferred and the duration of the current correction.

Hope that helps. Be more specific tho. Try searchin on Aivanet.com for the application you want...

Network monitor or Engineering field test, which allow you to monitor the GSM Network behavior regarding power level, Quality,.......etc
This feature was easy to be enabled on nokia 6210, we used to enable it through Logo Manager software

the net monitor is easy to activate on dct3 phone with logo manager like you said, but it's not possible on dct4 phone, at least for now.

There's one exception, the 7250 i guess (at least i know is a dct4 7xxx phone), that can be loaded with an application that installs the netmonitor. But that's the only exception. On all the others dct4 phones, the net monitor can't be activated. I had a 5120 that came to me with the netmonitor activated.... didn't know what was it, i gave it to my mom... and somebody stole it!!! i miss that phone goddamn it!! :lol:

well, again to your question, except on that only exception the netmonitor can't be activated in dct4 phones, at leats by now.

there's an APP caled mini-gps that pretty much does this. gives signal strength along with CELL region, and other info. try that out. :smile:

NetMon on DCT4 exists, but in special versions of firmware made for Nokia employees and related companies ONLY.
so there is a way - you must find a MCU and PPM full flash files with NetMon ENABLED - there are some "leaks" in the Net, unfortunately I cannot find it for my phone too - 6310i.

Gimme some info if you filnd it!
