Hi there, it is a while since i last visited these forums, so forgive me for any cock ups, anyway onto my problem.
I have owned a nokia 6600 for a week now and i am on my 3rd handset the other 2 needed replacing due to software issues, and this one is starting to play up now, but i am not sure what the problem is really with, my phone or pc suite, basically i am trying to upload mp3 to my phone for use as a ringtone but it crashes every single time the mp3 is only 112kb in size so it isnt the size of the file and i have tried using other mp3 files and no joy with them either i dont think pc suite is trying to convert it or it cant convert them as there is no upload progress, if anyone knows what the problem is then please let me know.
Thanx in advance,
Lee...
p.s. the file convertors are enabled

wat did u use to transfer, bt, irda?

dun use pc suite, right click, send to via bt.

6600 cant play mp3 files, so u might need a mp3player.

check ur bt configuration settings.

If its bluetooth you can always try to send it via OBEX object push or OBEX File Transfer instead.
( my BT places, view devices in range, right click on your device -> discover available services

Then drag the mp3 to obex push and it will be sent and appear in your normal message inbox).
You may want to make sure that incoming messages are stored on the MMC tho.

If that works, you know BT works and so the problem is with PC suite.
