have you replaced :-?
CCONT
COBBA
HAGAR
any of these
caus they also have to do with no Antena pic up
I have one 3310 with same problem.
I think is a hardware problem 'cause i have flashed it with a lot of flashes without getting great results.
If you solved it! Please post here the Solution!!
Thanks in advance

I also have that prob with a 3330 a 3310 and a 8210. I'm not an hardware or flasher pro but I've flashed some of this models and none give me probs.
It could be an hardware problem but its against all odds to have so many phone models with the same prob.
I'll be interested on the solution too.

The main problem of hardware problem solving is that most people advise to replace this and that, instead of going through service manuals and schematics and using proper tools for correct diagnosis.
poor or none rececption problem can come from very different places inside a phone
Why lose time and money replacing IC's that are working well?
just a thought

Ya, I think we must continue this theme. I'm a newbee in this matter but for all I see in all the forum I think many ppl have empirical problem solutions instead of technical ones.
I'm pitty I can not pass my feelings cause english is not my born language but I think U guys understood what I mean to say.

This was caught somewhere and doesn't change my opinion from previous post
The hardware affected on a phone that has no network are:
1) Antenna socket - No network
2) RF Power Amplifier - after turning signal is ok, then goes down
3) TX Filter - no network
4) Pre-Amp transistor - network ok but no SMS or Call
5) Local OSC VCO - reception failure
6) Antenna switch - No network
7) RX Filter - no network
8.) HF Amp Transistor - no network
9) CPU - no network, power failure or no display
Test it one by one, from 1 to 9...
hope it helps in anyway
cheers

If i have your fone in my Hands i can tell you what has to be replaced
caus i have all the Technical Tools to read and diagnose the fone to get the right problem
but with out that you will have to go on with the sep by sep method
See mestrini post above

I have the Exact same tools as nokia service centre
if you want ill send you the Critcal point chart for you to Compare values
more than that i cant do
caus i need to have the fone in my hands so i can do the TESTS on it
if you have the PCB test module
and DIAG soft use it and you will get the problem as quick as 1,2,3

If you read my post carefully i say that i found that list but my opinion is still do testing before replacing. that was just an example of empirical help.

Mr.crashynot,
post values and critical points here..I can test...
Mr.mestrini,
Depends on how much practice U have U can go in different ways...So Ur suggestion is cool..but when U have 70-100 units to repair for a week its getting different..the 4 phones I talk bout are personal mine so I play with them in my free time..
Thanks and rewgards!

Ok if you want the critical points chart you need to have the NOKIA Service SOFTWARE ( NK DIAG v 3,84 ) and PCB test moduel
only with that i can post them for you !!
if you have that ill be glad to help out
by the way i do more than 1000 unit a week
all makes of mobiles !!

I wish i had ten a week. I would for sure invest in quality equipment...
I'm just a curious guy not affraid to strip phones and doesn't bother to "waste" hours reading the how-to's and other's experiences

flash the phone with OLDER software, some pcb's are diffrent and will not work with newer versions of software, as the components and layout are diffrent.
the first thing some people do is put the latest version in, but if its been to a couple of people before you it could be many versions higher than the pcb can stand.
try it and hope
